My skincare journey:

Like many people, my skincare journey has been filled with ups and downs. From battling acne in my teens to dealing with the first signs of aging in my 30s, I’ve tried just about everything in pursuit of clear, glowing skin.

Through trial and error, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t for my skin type. I’ve navigated the confusing world of skincare ingredients, treatments, and trends, and I’m here to share my knowledge with you.

My top skincare tips:

Over the years, I’ve picked up some valuable skincare tips that have made a significant difference in my skin’s health and appearance. Here are a few of my top recommendations:

1. Wear sunscreen every day:

One of the best things you can do for your skin is to protect it from the sun’s harmful UV rays. I never leave the house without applying a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, even on cloudy days.

2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate:

Keeping your skin hydrated is essential for maintaining a healthy complexion. I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and use hydrating skincare products to lock in moisture.

3. Invest in a good skincare routine:

A consistent skincare routine is key to achieving great skin. I recommend cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and using targeted treatments like serums and masks to address specific concerns.
