Grilling season is here, and it’s time to indulge in some juicy and flavorful steak kabobs! Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ, a family gathering, or just want to enjoy a Mediterranean feast, these steak kabobs are a must-try. Marinated sirloin steak pieces are threaded with mushrooms and red onion, then grilled to perfection. Paired with a refreshing mint yogurt dip, these kabobs are a flavor explosion that will have everyone coming back for more.

## Recipe Ingredients

For the steak and marinade
– Sirloin Steak
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Red Wine Vinegar
– Dried Oregano & Thyme
– Garlic
– Salt and Black Pepper
– Metal Skewers
– Baby Portobello Mushrooms
– Red Onion

For the yogurt dip
– Plain Yogurt
– Fresh Lemon Juice
– Fresh Mint
– Drizzle of Olive Oil

## How To Make Steak Kabobs

1. Prepare the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the Steak: Add the cubed meat to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
3. Thread the Kabobs: Alternate pieces of marinated steak, mushrooms, and red onion onto metal skewers.
4. Preheat the Grill: Turn on the gas grill to a medium setting and preheat for 15 minutes.
5. Cook: Grill the beef kabobs, turning 2-3 times, until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
6. Prepare the Dip: Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper in a small serving bowl.
7. Serve: Transfer the grilled kabobs to a serving plate and serve with the mint yogurt dip.

## Recipe Tips

– Enhance the marinade with Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.
– Try adding bell peppers and cherry tomatoes to the skewers for more vibrant colors.
– Use an indoor grill pan if you don’t have access to an outdoor grill.
– Ensure even cooking by cutting steak and vegetables into uniform sizes.
