SPICY CANDIED BACON CHEESE CRACKERS

Yields: 6 servings | Serving Size: 5 pieces

Calories: 60 | Protein: 4g | Fat: 4g | Net Carb: 2g

Total Carb: 10g | Sugar: <1g

Ingredients

SPICY CANDIED BACON CHEESE CRACKERS

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Lay the crackers in an even layer on a cooking rack with a baking sheet underneath.
  3. Cut the bacon into small pieces, the same size as the crackers and add 1 piece of bacon onto each cracker.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar-free brown sugar over each piece of bacon. Add a slice of jalapeno over each.
  5. Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 20 minutes, cover with tin foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the bacon is cooked through.
