- 2 Quest Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Muffins
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg, room temperature
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a mixing bowl, break the muffin into small crumbles using your hands.
- Add in the almond flour, pie spice, salt, and cinnamon and combine. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetener, butter, egg, and pumpkin until smooth.
