Easy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Recipe

Looking for a delicious and quick meal to make for dinner? Try these buffalo chicken flatbread pizzas that are ready in just 20 minutes! Perfect for a busy weeknight or as a game day appetizer, these flatbreads are topped with ranch dressing, shredded rotisserie chicken mixed with Buffalo sauce, bell pepper, cheese, and green onion.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce (or other Buffalo sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 flatbreads (15 ounce package)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F if using a pizza stone, or 425 degrees F if using a baking sheet.
  2. Mix together shredded chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Brush flatbreads with ranch dressing.
  4. Top flatbreads with Buffalo chicken, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, and green onion.
  5. Bake in the oven until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden-brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with extra ranch dressing.
