Cheat on Candy Bars with Questified Peanut Butter Coated Candy Bars

This Halloween, say goodbye to store-bought sugar bombs and say hello to these homemade peanut butter coated candy bars. A combination of peanut butter, coconut flour, and Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder creates a treat so delicious, it’s like magic in your mouth. Topped with melted sugar-free chocolate and chopped Quest Peanut Butter Coated Candies, these bars are not only scary good but also packed with protein to fuel you through any spooky encounters with zombies and goblins without the sugar crash.

Nutritional Info

  • Peanut Butter Candy Bars
  • Yields: 16 servings | Serving Size: 1 bar
  • Calories: 140 | Protein: 7g | Fat: 11g | Net Carb: 4g
  • Total Carb: 9g | Sugar: 2g

Ingredients:

  • Crust:
  • Peanut butter
  • Coconut flour
  • Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sweetener, protein powder, and coconut flour until well blended.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a 6×6 inch pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with chopped candy pieces and refrigerate for 10 minutes before cutting into 16 squares.
  5. Chill the squares for a couple of hours before serving.
