EDAMAME HALLOUMI BOWLS

Yields: 3 servings | Serving Size: 1 bowl

Calories: 460 | Protein: 34g | |Fat: 32g | Net Carb: 8g

Total Carb: 11g | Sugar: 5g

Ingredients

EDAMAME HALLOUMI BOWLS

  • 8oz halloumi cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, separated
  • 3 cups arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup edamame
  • ⅓ cup cucumber, diced
  • ⅓ cup pickled cabbage
  • 2 Bags Quest Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips

Method

  1. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and haloumi to a hot skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Toss arugula with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
