Hello there! I hope you had a wonderful long weekend and that your week is off to a fantastic start. I have some fantastic news to share with you—a free 3-day event starting this Sunday, September 8th that you won’t want to miss. And the best part? It’s all happening in your inbox! No need to stress about making time for live calls or videos; you can participate whenever it suits you best.

As many of you already know, I am a huge proponent of the EquiLife quarterly detoxes. They provide the perfect reset for our bodies, and our next community detox is scheduled to start on September 16th. (If you’re interested in joining, you can find more information here.)

Before we dive into the event, let’s address a common question that often arises when discussing detoxes: “Do we really need to support our liver’s detox process?” The simple answer is a resounding yes. While our livers are amazing at detoxifying on their own, they were not designed to handle the onslaught of chemicals, pollutants, and stressors present in today’s world. Our modern environment, combined with physical and emotional stress, can overwhelm our natural detox pathways. This overload can manifest as fatigue, digestive issues, mood swings, immune challenges, weight loss resistance, brain fog, and more.

That’s why I am thrilled to invite you to join me for a free 3-day Detox and Thrive workshop. During this event, we will explore simple yet effective ways to support your detox pathways daily, share practical tips that you can easily incorporate at home, help you identify your unique toxicity profile, and guide you towards increased energy and breaking through weight loss plateaus.
