MINT AVOCADO POPSICLE

Yields: 20 servings | Serving Size: 1/2 popsicle

Calories: 140 | Protein: 3g | | Fat: 12g | Net Carb: 4g

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 10 Quest Chocolate Coconut Crispy Protein Bars
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. Add avocados, mint leaves, protein powder, and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth.
