If you’re tired of dealing with brittle, weak nails that break easily, read on for the ultimate guide to achieving strong, healthy nails.

1. Eat a Balanced Diet

Like your skin and hair, your nails can benefit from a healthy diet. Make sure you’re getting enough vitamins and minerals, such as biotin, zinc, and iron, which are essential for nail health. Incorporate foods like sweet potatoes, nuts, and leafy greens into your diet to promote strong nails from the inside out.

2. Stay Hydrated
