Hello, lovely friends! How’s your week going so far? I have a couple of calls lined up today but I’m also looking forward to a good sweat session in a yoga class. I hope you’re having a fabulous day ahead!
In today’s blog post, I wanted to dive into the topic of my absolute favorite healthy food brands. When I mention “healthy,” I mean products that boast simple ingredients, minimal artificial additives, and a commitment to quality sourcing practices. I strive to support certified-organic brands, opt for wild-caught seafood, and choose B corps that prioritize both people and the planet.
In an *ideal* world, I would make everything from scratch, including our snack options. While I love preparing meals at home and aim to only indulge in takeout or dining out occasionally, I still rely on packaged snacks for convenience. I’ve curated a mental list of brands that I truly adore, and I’m thrilled to share some of them with you in this post!
It’s important to note that I completely understand the challenges of rising grocery costs and the current economic climate. If you’re struggling to put food on the table, please know that I empathize with you and am sending you a virtual hug. We’re all doing our best, and there’s no room for judgment or guilt about your food choices.
My kids would be mortified that you’re catching a glimpse of my furry friends in this picture, haha!
